A comfortable stay comes with a few simple guidelines.

• Cancellation policy

  Cancellation and refund terms depend on the rate plan and booking conditions selected at the time of reservation. Any applicable cancellation charges, refund amount, or non-refundable conditions will be clearly shown before you confirm your booking. If no specific cancellation terms are published for a booking, please contact the property directly before cancelling. For bookings paid online, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider and refund rules.

• Check-in and Check-out

  Check-in and check-out times are as displayed during the booking process. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must provide valid identification at check-in. The property may require additional information or documentation where required by applicable Indian law or government regulations. Foreign guests must provide the documents and information required under applicable immigration and accommodation-registration requirements. Occupancy and Children The maximum occupancy of each room must not be exceeded. Children below 6 years stay free without an additional bed. A maximum of 2 children below 6 years is permitted per room, subject to the room's maximum occupancy and safety requirements. Extra beds, where available, are subject to room capacity, availability, and applicable charges. Children must be supervised by their accompanying adults at all times. Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms, corridors, common indoor areas, or other non-smoking areas. Guests must comply with applicable Indian tobacco-control laws and any designated smoking-area rules of the property. Guests must not smoke where smoking is prohibited by law or by property signage. Any damage, additional cleaning, or restoration required because of smoking may be charged to the guest. Pets Pets are not allowed on the property. Quiet Hours Guests are requested to maintain reasonable noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, parties, gatherings, shouting, or other activities that disturb other guests are not permitted during quiet hours or at any other time. The property may intervene where noise causes unreasonable disturbance to other guests. Visitors Visitors are permitted only in accordance with the property's occupancy, security, and visitor-registration requirements. Visitors may be required to provide valid identification and register at reception. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless they are properly registered as guests and the room's occupancy limit permits it. Identification and Guest Registration All guests must provide valid identification when requested. The property may retain or record required guest information in accordance with applicable law and its privacy policy. Guest information may be provided to government or law-enforcement authorities where legally required. The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation where legally required documentation or registration cannot be completed. Safety and Security Guests must follow all fire-safety, emergency, evacuation, and security instructions displayed or communicated by the property. Emergency exits, fire equipment, alarms, and safety systems must not be obstructed, disabled, or misused. Candles, open flames, hazardous materials, or unsafe electrical equipment are not permitted unless expressly authorised by the property. Guests are responsible for the supervision and safety of children accompanying them. Damage and Loss Guests are responsible for damage to property caused by themselves or by members of their party, except for reasonable wear and tear. The property may recover reasonable costs for damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or missing property. Guests should report accidental damage promptly to the property. Prohibited Activities The following are not permitted: Illegal activities or unlawful conduct. Possession or use of prohibited substances. Violence, threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other guests. Activities that create a safety risk or unreasonable disturbance.
